Return Policy:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason
you are not satisfied, you may return your product, provided it is in
unused condition, and it is within 7 days of your invoice date. All
merchandise returned or exchanged will be subject to a 20% restocking
fee less the shipping charges. Shipping and handling on return merchandise
will not be refunded or covered by us. All returns must have a RA #
(return authorization number) from us to be accepted.

How We Process Return
Please read instruction below.
1. Open a new support ticket (you will need to log into your account).
2. Select the order from the dropdown menu and the RMA return/exchange
department.
3. Once our Return Department received your submission, they will review
and contact you back with an RMA number. (NOTE: You will need this number
to include in with return package. Any package return to us without the
RMA number will not get process.)
4. Once you received an RMA number from us, please have this number included
in with your return package. Or if this a Return Policy:

If a customer wants to return it,return it to the Customer Service address
on the packing slip:

write your Order ID number on the outside of the box so it can be trace it back
to seller. Once we receive the return, we will contact your seller and notify
them
by email that a return has been made so that they may credit you.
Remember to contact us first in the case of broken or defective items. Because
all
shipments are insured by us, we may not require a return if the item is broken
or
defective. Read below for the policies on different types of returns.
Return Policy for broken or defective items
If you receive a broken or defective item, please contact us immediately. We
will
provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You
must contact us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Do not return
merchandise
without contacting us first.
If the broken or defective item is over $25.00 your cost, please email us a
picture
of the damage and we may be able to ship a replacement without requiring a
return.
Otherwise, we will have to mail pre-paid return shipping labels and wait for the
item
to be returned to us before we can issue a refund or exchange.
You may report a lost, broken or missing item by clicking on the "Contact" link
on
the website.

Return Policy for non-defective, non-broken items
Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 30 days. There
will
be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. Shipping will
not be
refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns.
Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. There are no returns on imprinted
items.
Merchandise must be returned in it's original inner packing and must be in
resaleable
condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no
markings
or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do
not meet
these requirements.
Garden Sunlight Returns:
Return: Accepted only with prior authorization. Please call or write explaining
the reason
for return. Requests for returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of
goods. A restocking
charge of 20% will apply, if returned without authorization
Gama Sonic Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,will gladly provide an
exchange or
refund with 15% restocking fee within 30 days from the date of purchase,provided
all items
are unused and in their original wrapping.

return form. All necessary information will be supplied on the form.
Retain a copy of the receipt for your records.Shipping costs are the
responsibility of the buyer.
